Refund & Return Policy

At Fehmida Stitch, we take great pride in delivering custom-stitched garments made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we follow the refund guidelines below:
1. No Refund on Custom Orders
Since each outfit is stitched specifically to your size and preferences, we do not offer refunds once stitching has started or the order is completed.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- If payment was made but we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
- If you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- If the fabric was not collected, and no stitching was initiated.
Refunds for these cases will be processed within 7 business days after review.
3. Alterations Instead of Refunds
If there is an issue with fitting or finishing:
- We encourage you to contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- We will assess the issue and offer free or discounted alterations where applicable.
- No refunds will be given for size or style changes requested after stitching is complete.
4. Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for courier delays or loss once the parcel is handed over to the delivery service.
- If the issue is from our end (wrong product, missing items), we will fix it at no extra cost or offer a partial refund where appropriate.
